Our Process
We’ve created a simple 4-step process to make developing your new labels, trims and packaging as simple as possible
As garment branding specialists, we work best when involved from the concept stage. As partners, we’re able to project manage from initial ideas through the delivery.

- Step 1
Brief
Circular receive a brief from your brand about an upcoming project. Our initial process involves meeting to discuss your requirements and explore various options and possibilities. We look at previous samples, design options and consider your brand identity to help with the development. This collaborative approach ensures that the final product aligns with your brand’s vision.
- Step 2
Product Development
Following the initial brief, we work closely with your brand to create a detailed specification that considers both the aesthetic and functional aspects of the products. Once finalised, we provide the you with a detailed quote for the project. Transparency is key at this stage, and we ensure that all costs and timelines are clearly communicated.
- Step 3
Sampling & Approval
Once the specification has been finalised, we proceed to create a sample, allowing your brand to experience and evaluate the physical product before moving forward with bulk production. At this stage, you’ll receive a like-forlike version of the proposed final product.
- Step 4
Production & Distribution
Following sample approval, we move forward with bulk production and distribute to your required destination, whether this be your garment factories, distribution centres, offices or anywhere else.

Circular design is a core area of of our development phase. A circular economy begins with good design. It means not only designing the products of the future but also the processes and businesses that will deliver them. Through circular design, we aim to eliminate waste and pollution, circulate products and materials, and regenerate nature.

Circular Production & Supply Chain
We redesign your supply chain, not just your products.
Following the design process, we get to work on production at specialist production facilities. You’ll have full visibility of the production process so you can plan for ongoing logistics.
We understand that developing an ethical and sustainable supply chain is not straightforward – this is something we have taken care of for you.
Circular Branding Group is formed by a network of factories which allow us to offer specialist production and exceptional quality across our range of products.
All of our production partners have signed and agree to the Circular Responsible Business Process agreement and are subject to annual Circular Responsible Business audits which focus on ensuring high labour and ethical standards.

Our global production facilities mean we can consider our environmental impact before deciding on production location. Where possible, we aim to minimise our carbon footprint by manufacturing your products in our factories located the nearest to your delivery destination.
Communities benefit from employment in the fashion industry but many also suffer from its poor practices. We work closely with our factories to ensure that local communities are positively impacted by the production of Circular products.
