Lifestyle brand Cape Cove uses Circular Branding Group to develop and produce sustainable labelling solutions which help to reduce their environmental impact

Cape Cove is a lifestyle brand for wild hearted women, who adore water and wellness, want to flourish as a community and shop and swap – more soulfully. Recently nominated as ‘Ones To Watch’ at the Drapers Sustainability Awards, we’re excited to partner with such a like-minded company!

As a new brand with sustainability at their core, it was important for Cape Cove to partner with a supplier with a shared ethos. Circular were able to offer the most innovative developments in sustainable branding helping the brand to stand out in a crowded marketplace.

Working together, we were able to establish the key requirements for labelling and trims at Cape Cove. Sustainability was important but this needed to be coupled with the high quality standards which the brand is known for. We were able to bring more consistency to the external garment branding by using bio-silicone (containing up to 40% bio waste from the olive industry) for both the badges and zip pullers whilst maintaining the functional performance and durability required. Woven labels switched to GRS certified 100% recycled polyester and swing tags produced using FSC certified board and printed with soya ink.
